How I deliver Therapy
Everyone’s circumstances are different, which is why I offer a variety of ways to access therapy, so you can choose what feels most comfortable and practical for you.
I provide sessions online, by telephone, via email, and through text-based therapy. If you're looking for in-person support, I offer face-to-face sessions as well as home visits where appropriate.
Therapy can be short-term or long-term, depending on your needs and goals, and I also offer time-limited work for those looking for more focused support.
For those who feel grounded in nature, outdoor sessions are also available as an alternative way to engage in the therapeutic process.
